The telesales representative position is responsible for making cold calls to potential customers to generate sales and meet cross-organizational sales goals. You will also be carrying out market research, so you won't necessarily be stuck to the phone.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.
Manage leads by tracking and following up on them.
Researching markets to identify opportunities.
Close sales and meet monthly sales goals in accordance with development plan.
Manage the social media marketing; focusing on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Instagram and YouTube. (i.e. tweeting, sharing, engaging, liking, increasing social search).
Work with affiliate sales to cross-generate leads.
Any other duties as assigned by the line manager.
