Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting – Sourcing, Screening and Shortlisting – 50% Advance and 50% upon Signing of Job Offer by Selected Worker

Description of Terms of Service

Sourcing
Sourcing refers to our internal advertisements carried out across all our social media platforms and website to collect resumes directly to the client’s email account.

Screening
Our Team will help eliminating all unnecessary resumes not matching the “Job Title” displayed on your Job Advertisement. We will review each received resume and forward only the resumes matching the “Job Title”.

Shortlisting
Our Team will take control of your entire recruitment process by doing a detailed review of all received resumes and provide you with only the best suitable resumes from the total received resumes after screening them.
