Our Client in Manufacturing Industry is hiring HR COORDINATOR – FEMALE for their head office in Amghara Industrial Area;
Main Duties
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees’ records.
- Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
- Perform orientations and update records of new staff.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Assist with payroll and adhoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.
Required
- Age Between 24 to 30 Years
- Min 3-5 years of experience as HR Coordinator or Assistant
- Gender: Female
- Ready to Join immediately
- Visa 18 or 22 Only
Skills
- Must be experienced in HR duties.
- Excellent in English and Arabic Would be an advantage
- MS Office and other computer applications
SALARY : 350KD TO 400 KD
