Position: Government Relations Officer (Mandoub)
Location: Kuwait
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all company-related government transactions, including the renewal of commercial licenses, municipal (Baladiya) approvals, firefighting licenses, and other governmental permits.
  • Ensure timely renewal of employee residencies (Iqamas) to avoid any delays or fines.
  • Manage vehicle-related formalities such as renewing car licenses and driving licenses for employees using company vehicles.
  • Liaise with ministries, municipality offices, the traffic department, and other government entities for necessary approvals and documentation.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of all licenses, employee residencies, and company documents on Excel and internal systems for easy tracking.
  • Complete all government formalities online through official portals, including appointment scheduling and submission of applications.
  • Stay updated on new rules, regulations, and procedures related to government processes in Kuwait.
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with authorities and ensure smooth processing of all applications.
  • Handle urgent government-related tasks independently, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government officials to expedite company requirements when needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Government Relations Officer (Mandoub) in Kuwait.
  • Must be fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of government portals and online transaction systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle large-scale tasks independently.
  • Must have a valid Kuwaiti driving license and be familiar with government office locations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
