Our client, A leading luxury interior design firm located in Kuwait city is hiring ARCHITECTRUAL DESIGNER with the following criteria;
Job Description:
Architectural Designer, is responsible for designing buildings to create unique and well-organized structures. His duties include meeting with clients to discuss their vision, drawing up building plans and modifying his designs throughout the building process to maximize structural integrity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working with clients to determine requirements for building projects.
- Developing initial estimates on structure costs, building time and special requirements.
- Preparing detailed drawings showing both the appearance and interior structure of a building project.
- Directing staff in the development of project drawings, studies..etc
- Visiting building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans if needed.
- Developing and giving presentations about design done if needed.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work with architectural software to create building plans
- Familiar with municipality requirements
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver tasks on time.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English Language.
Minimum Qualification:
- Holding bachelor degree in Architect. Transcript is required to be submitted. Graduation on grade should be very good or above.
- 5 years of practical experience.
- Permitted by Kuwait Municipality.
- Have transferable visa.
- Have driving license.
Organizational Relation:
Candidate will report directly to top management.
Working days:
Saturday – Thursday
Working Hours:
9:00 am to 5:00pm or 1:00pm to 9:00pm*
*Total working hours is 8 hrs/day. Exact start of the day may vary depends on site/client conditions.
Gross Salary:
500 KD Per Month
