📌Arts and Crafts Officer
✔2-4 Years Experience in Arts and Crafts
✔Salary 250 KD – 350 KD
Jobs Description:
1.Operation:
● Will be responsible of the preparation & packing of the Boxes
● In charge of Vendors stocks and what need to be prepared
● In Charge of the art & craft Operation Team
● Checking on the inventory and Stocks in a weekly basis
● Create order request
● Following up with customer in regards to their orders
● Calculation of the cost
Inventory
● Random Check on the inventory
● Re-check the inventory & submit the monthly inventory sheet
Events
● In charge of the Exhibition & public Events that is related to kids
● In charge of Preparation of the materials, manpower, logistics..etc
● In charge of the payments Cash, knet
● Supervise all the activities going in the events
● Contacting Clients during the events
Development:
● Work on Art & craft workshop
● Creating new & Seasonal Boxes ideas (National Day, Ramadan)
● Enhance Previous workshops, Packaging, Instructions
● Research & development for what’s new in the market
● Design & Enhance in instructions of the Workshops
