Our Client – A reputed Manufacturing Company in Amghara Industrial Area Kuwait is hiring;

COORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE (FEMALES)

Work Details

Timings: Working hours (8 AM – 4 PM)

Saturday (9 AM – 1 PM)

Working days: 6 days / week

SALARY : 550 KD TO 600 KD Depending on Experience (Plus Sales Commission)

Location : Amghara, Jahra

Position: Corporate Sales Executive

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Corporate sales executive to join our team, to generate quality leads as well as follow up on inbound email and telephone inquiries. The executive’s responsibilities include updating the CRM system on a regular basis, as well as up selling and cross-selling to existing customers. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues that come up with our customer-first business mentality. Daily and Weekly Responsibilities

  1. Build expert and dynamic knowledge of company products and services.
  2. Provide expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability, while presenting the value of our portfolio of products to customers.
  3. Processing customers’ purchase orders and liaising with the logistics department to ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
  4. Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
  5. Meet the department sales targets, generating sales leads when opportunities arise.
  6. Identify and address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction.
  7. Build rapport with customers by engaging with them in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, to deliver exceptional experiences nurture lasting relationships.
  8. Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to all customer inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status requests, complaints, product returns, and warranties.
  9. Meet daily personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by recommending and explaining benefits of additional company services, and seizing opportunities to sell products and services whenever possible.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Successful experience in a corporate environment
  2. Strong communication skills especially in English, including active listening and clear articulation
  3. Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfully.
  4. Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
  5. Able to work individually and as a team

Requirements

  1. visa 18 or visa 22.
  2. Female candidates only .
  3. Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role.
  4. Preferred Nationality : Filipino or Indian .
  5. candidate with driving license preferred .
