Our Client in Kuwait currently looking to recruit an Executive Secretary to handle all day to day task related to their office and administration requirements.
Bachelor degree in any major; preferably graduates of English language departments.
Work Experience 4 to 5 years of experience, out of which 2 years in executive secretary role.
Excellent knowledge of office management duties.
Proficient in conducting online research and infer conclusions with respect to different topics as required.
Capable of preparing different forms and templates of correspondences and final business deliverable.
Fluent in Arabic and English languages in terms of reading, writing and speaking.
Computer Proficiency of Microsoft applications, e.g. Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio and Project.
