Hiring: Finance Manager | Kuwait | Immediate Joining
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager for a prestigious opportunity in Kuwait with one of our valued clients.
The ideal candidate must be a seasoned finance professional with 6–7 years of proven experience in Kuwait in a similar managerial role, possessing strong financial leadership, reporting, compliance, and strategic planning capabilities.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- 6–7 years of Kuwait experience in a similar Finance Manager position
- Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
- Prior end-to-end Odoo implementation experience will be a strong advantage
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent will be highly preferred
- Must be able to speak, read, and write Arabic fluently
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, MIS reporting, forecasting, audits, and statutory compliance
- Ability to join immediately
Preferred Profile

Candidates with experience in ERP transformation, finance process automation, and cross-functional stakeholder management will stand out.
