| 1- To Operate the machinery under their control in a safe and efficient manner |
| 2- To achieve and maintain production targets |
| 3- To Production Supervisor to Carry Out Mould Changes and Machine Settings as required by the Production Schedule |
| 4- To Attend to Process Problems and Issues as and When Required and to Carry Out Basic Mould Intervention During Production |
| 5- To Continuously Check that Production Output Meets all Quality and Specification Requirements |
| 6- In the Event of Major Breakdowns To Communicate and/or Work with Maintenance and Senior Production Staff to Instigate Prompt Corrective Action that Reduces Production Downtime |
| 7- To Ensure Tightest Possible Control over Material Usage and Wastage |
| 8- To Ensure Conformity to all Company Procedures and Work Instructions |
| 9- Ensure Company Health and Safety /Fire /Accident/Quality Policies are Adhered to In Line with Relevant Procedures |
| 10- To Promote and Maintain a High Standard of Discipline |
| 11- To Ensure that the Company Hygiene and Environmental Policies are Enforced |
| 12- To Undergo Training Courses for Self-Development Conducted by the Company |
| 13- To Contribute Towards the Companies Strategy and Support the Company’s Overall Objectives |
| 14- To Display at all Times High Standards of Honesty, Ethics and Integrity to Fellow Employees, Customers, Suppliers, and the Organization. |
